Associate - Transaction Management Assistant
Spain, Valencia

 

Job specification

 

  • Work in junction with the Sales or Client Services teams to take on new mandates;
  • Review legal documentation to assess the compliance with agreed terms and operational imperatives
  • Work with Client and Lawyers to agree on legal documentation and tasks to be performed by Apex;
  • Assistance with incorporations of special purpose vehicles (SPVs);
  • Tax registration filings for newly established SPVs;
  • LEI applications;
  • FATCA registrations;
  • Assistance with counterparty Know Your Client (KYC) queries including compiling KYC packs for SPVs;
  • Bank account opening;
  • Assistance with document execution;
  • Coordination of various tasks among team members;
  • General administrative assistance;
  • Building and developing relationships with existing clients, intermediaries and internal stakeholders;
  • Assisting in the management of contacts between notaries, law firms, banks, auditors and tax advisors;
  • Effective collaboration and reporting to team manager(s) and directors;
  • Ensure good operational practice with adherence to internal processes and checklists.

 

Skills Required:

  • A team player with excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Proficient user of Microsoft;
  • C1 English level;
  • An enthusiasm and willingness to learn in the Capital Markets sector;
